Real renderOne script, seven dialects
Same ad. Seven Arabic dialects.
Switch the dialect while it plays: the scenes stay, the voice and the captions change. Every version is a real Vocla Video render.
Saudi, Emirati, Kuwaiti, Egyptian, Levantine, Moroccan and Modern Standard Arabic.
The problem
The video is done and the voice-over is holding it up
You know the scene: the edit is finished, the music is in place, and only the narration is missing.
You look for a voice artist, wait for samples, agree a fee, and days later the recording arrives with one word mispronounced or a line that runs longer than the shot. Every fix is another round of messages.
The alternative is to record it yourself, which works if you have a quiet room, a passable microphone and patience for retakes. Most people who try find that one clean minute takes an hour, and that their recorded voice sounds nothing like they imagined.
Then there is the problem specific to Arabic. Many reading tools take text without tashkeel and confuse words that are spelled alike, stumble on the first English word, and only know a stiff formal Arabic that sounds nothing like your audience in Riyadh or Cairo.
Why Vocla
What sets the Vocla voice-over generator apart
Modern Standard Arabic and 18 dialects
Saudi, Emirati, Kuwaiti, Qatari, Bahraini, Omani, Yemeni, Iraqi, Egyptian, Jordanian, Lebanese, Moroccan and Algerian, alongside Modern Standard Arabic. Write the script in a dialect and it is read in that dialect, not in formal Arabic wearing a costume.
A voice library organised by job
Browse voices by dialect, gender and style: narrative for stories and documentaries, advertising for offers, conversational for clips that should feel close. You hear each voice's sample before spending any credits.
One-click tashkeel and a pronunciation dictionary
Add tashkeel to the script or a selection and review every change, listen to alternative readings of an ambiguous word and pick one. Your brand name goes into the pronunciation dictionary once. Tashkeel marks are never deducted from your credits.
Control over the delivery, not only the voice
Speed, stability, expressiveness, clarity and the pauses between sentences. The same script comes out calm for an explainer or energetic for a weekend offer by changing two settings.
You see the cost before you generate
The deduction is shown before you press the button, and everything you generate is kept in your history to download later. MP3 download is on every plan, WAV from Starter.
How it works
From script to an audio file ready for the edit
Step 1
Match the script length to the video length
About 1,000 characters make one spoken minute. A thirty-second video needs roughly five hundred characters; anything more forces you to speed up the read or trim shots.
Step 2
Write for the ear
Short sentences, numbers written as words, punctuation wherever you want the voice to breathe. Read the script aloud once: where you stumble, the voice will too.
Step 3
Audition two voices on the first sentence
Do not generate the whole script on the first try. Take the opening line, run it through two or three voices, then pick one and carry on.
Step 4
Generate, listen, and fix the word, not the script
If the voice gets a word wrong, add tashkeel to it or put it in the pronunciation dictionary, then regenerate that paragraph alone.
Step 5
Download the file and drop it into your editor
There is no direct link to video editors. You download the file, drag it onto the timeline, then cut the shots to the voice or the other way round.

Cost
What does a voice-over for one video cost?
It is counted in characters: every 1,000 characters, about one spoken minute, uses between 800 and 1,200 credits depending on the model you choose. The Free plan includes 500͏ credits a month for personal use, which is enough to try the generator on your real scripts before committing to anything.
A voice-over that will appear in an ad, on a business account or in a client delivery needs commercial usage rights, which start with Starter at $4.99 a month, with 5,000 credits and WAV export. Regenerating one paragraph is charged for that paragraph's characters only.

Questions people ask
Is there a free Arabic AI voice-over generator?
Yes. The demo here reads up to 200 characters with no account, and the Free plan gives you 500͏ credits a month with MP3 download. That plan is for personal use only; a voice-over for an ad or a client video needs Starter or higher.
Does an AI Arabic voice-over sound robotic?
That depends on the script and the settings more than anything else. A script written in short sentences, with tashkeel where a word is ambiguous and a voice that suits the subject, sounds natural in most uses. Listen to the whole result before publishing and regenerate any sentence you do not like.
How long does a voice-over for a two-minute video take?
Generation itself is quick; the real time goes into writing the script, then listening and correcting. A two-minute video is about two thousand characters, which fits in a single generation because the limit is 10,000 characters at a time. Plan at least one full listen before you edit.
Can I use the voice-over in a paid ad?
Yes, on Starter and above, which is where commercial usage rights begin. You download the file and upload it with the video to the ad platform yourself; there is no direct link to ad managers. The Free plan does not cover commercial use.
Should a voice-over use Modern Standard Arabic or a dialect?
Modern Standard Arabic reaches every Arab country and suits formal, explanatory and documentary content. A dialect feels closer to the viewer and works better for local ads and short clips. If your audience is in one country, start with its dialect; if it is spread out, choose Modern Standard Arabic or a widely understood dialect such as Egyptian.
Does it pronounce product names and English words correctly?
English words inside an Arabic sentence are read. For unfamiliar brand names, add the pronunciation you want to the pronunciation dictionary, and it is applied to every script you generate afterwards without retyping it.
