What is Emirati Arabic text to speech?
The UAE is a multinational market, but messages aimed at Emiratis and Arab residents earn more trust in the Emirati dialect. Brands and organisations use Emirati voices for ads, explainer videos, customer-service messages and event announcements.
Emirati has features locals hear immediately: jim often becomes a y sound, as in «ريّال» (man) and «يديد» (new), kaf becomes ch in words like «چي» (like this), and words such as «وايد», «عسب» and «مب». Choosing Emirati in Vocla steers the voice to this pronunciation instead of MSA.
Tips for writing in Emirati Arabic
Write «شو», «وايد» and «مب» as they are said; don't translate them into MSA.
If you want the y sound in place of jim in a particular word, spell it the way it is said, such as «يديد», and check the preview.
Write mall, street and brand names the way your audience says them, and add recurring ones to the pronunciation dictionary.
