Vocla Cartoon StudioNew

The AI cartoon maker that turns your story into an episode

Vocla Cartoon Studio is an AI cartoon maker: you type an idea, from one line to a whole story, in Arabic or English, and it writes the script, casts and voices the characters, animates every shot and adds sound effects, music and captions. You make an episode in six stops: pick a world, write the idea, review the script, approve the cast and storyboard, let it produce, then watch and download the MP4.

  • Nothing is charged before production
  • Arabic dialects and English
  • Up to 30 free storyboard redraws per episode

The studio is on the Creator plan and up (from USD 13.99 a month). Hear every cartoon voice free on this page; using them takes a paid plan.

How it works

How to make a cartoon with AI, in 6 stops

Each stop is an episode of its own. You’re the director: the studio waits for your OK on the script, the cast and the storyboard before it produces anything.

  1. EP 01

    Pick a world

Choose a classic 90s-style series with its own cast and voices, one of 7 styles (anime, classic Arabic dub, 3D family film and more), or create your own characters.

  2. EP 02

    Write the idea

One line or a whole story, in Arabic or English. Stuck? Tap “Surprise me” or an idea chip. Then set the length (20 s to 3 minutes), dialect, frame and captions.

  3. EP 03

    The story

The studio builds your episode: the AI writes a shooting script with a title, logline, scenes, every line of dialogue and the sound cues, then casts the characters. You read it, edit any line and approve it.

  4. EP 04

    Cast and storyboard

Approve the cast: character sheets keep every shot on model, and you can audition and swap any voice. Then approve a talking storyboard (stills with the voiced lines), redrawing any frame free, up to 30 times per episode.

  5. EP 05

    Production

Every shot is animated; sound effects, foley, ambience and a music score with stingers are added. A four-lane mix (dialogue, effects, ambience, music) is mastered to −14 LUFS with captions coloured by speaker.

  6. EP 06

    Premiere

Watch it, download the MP4, remix the sound for free in the sound editor, and make the next episode with the same cast and character sheets.

Three ways to start

Pick a world: a series, a style or your own

Every episode starts with a world. It sets the look, the cast and how the characters sound.

  • Series

10 classic series like the ones you grew up with, from Detective Conan and Dragon Ball to One Piece and Hazeem Al-Raad, each with its own cast and character voices. Your story, their world.

  • Styles

Seven general looks, from anime to a painterly storybook. The studio invents a fresh cast for your idea.

  • Create your own

Describe your characters (names, looks, personality) and your world. The studio designs them, names what you left open and gives each one a voice.

The classic series, playing now

Six of the studio’s 10 series, each with a silent 8-second sample. Pick one and the studio brings its world, its cast and their Arabic voices to your story.

Character names belong to their owners. Vocla isn’t affiliated with them; these are AI voices inspired by the Arabic dubs.

The 7 cartoon styles

Each style plays its real 8-second sample from the studio (silent). The studio invents a fresh cast for your idea in any of them.

The sound stage

Every boing, whoosh and laugh, mixed for you

Cartoons live on sound. Each episode gets a built-in library of cartoon sounds, effects generated by AI when the library doesn’t have one, ambience and a music score with stingers, all mixed and mastered for you.

What people make

Cartoons for bedtime, the classroom and the channel

Anything you can tell as a story, you can turn into a cartoon.

  • Kids’ bedtime stories

Turn tonight’s made-up story into a 60-second episode with your child as the hero, in your own dialect.

  • Teachers’ lessons

Explain the water cycle, good manners or a times table with characters pupils remember. Kids educational style is made for it.

  • YouTube kids channels

Publish a weekly series: the next episode keeps the same cast, voices and character sheets, so the channel stays consistent.

  • Brand mascots

Give your mascot a voice and a story for social posts and ads, in 9:16, 16:9 or 1:1 depending on your plan.

  • Ramadan and Eid stories

Short episodes about kindness, fasting and Eid morning for families to watch together and share.

  • Family birthday episodes

A surprise cartoon starring the birthday kid, their cousins and the family cat.

AI cartoon maker: questions people ask

How do I make a cartoon with AI?

In Vocla Cartoon Studio: pick a world (a series, a style or your own characters), type your idea in Arabic or English, and the studio builds your episode: it writes the script and casts the characters. You approve the script, the cast and the talking storyboard, then start production. The episode comes back animated, voiced, scored and captioned, ready to download as an MP4.

How do I make a cartoon with the Detective Conan voice?

Pick the Detective Conan series in Vocla Cartoon Studio and the studio casts Conan’s Arabic AI voice for you. Write your idea, review the script, the cast and the storyboard (nothing is charged before production), then get an episode of 20 seconds to 3 minutes. Start at voclalabs.com/en/ai-cartoon-maker, and hear the voice first at voclalabs.com/en/cartoon-voice-generator/detective-conan-voice.

Is there an AI Goku or Luffy voice in Arabic?

Yes. Vocla has Arabic AI voices for Goku and Vegeta (Dragon Ball) and for Luffy and Zoro (One Piece), inspired by the Arabic dubs. Hear them at voclalabs.com/en/cartoon-voice-generator, then use them in Vocla Cartoon Studio (pick the series) or in text to speech.

Can I make a Spacetoon-style cartoon with a narrator?

Yes. In Vocla Cartoon Studio pick the Classic Arabic dub style and give the episode the cartoon narrator voice, a deep, warm storyteller in Classical Arabic like the 90s dubbed cartoons. Hear the narrator at voclalabs.com/en/cartoon-voice-generator/cartoon-narrator-voice.

Which plan unlocks the cartoon voices?

The Creator plan (USD 13.99 a month) unlocks the cartoon voices inside Vocla Cartoon Studio, with 120 cartoon seconds a month and episodes up to 60 seconds. The voices are premium, so in Vocla text to speech they need a paid plan. Compare plans at voclalabs.com/en/pricing.

Can I use these voices in TikTok or YouTube videos?

Yes, inside Vocla’s terms, for fan, entertainment and parody content. Make the episode in Vocla Cartoon Studio (voclalabs.com/en/ai-cartoon-maker) or a single line in text to speech, then download the MP4 or MP3 and post it.

How much does the AI cartoon maker cost?

From USD 13.99 a month: Vocla Cartoon Studio starts on the Creator plan (120 cartoon seconds a month, episodes up to 60 seconds). Professional (USD 29) gives 300 seconds and 3-minute episodes, and Business (USD 99) 900 seconds. Credits are only charged at production; see voclalabs.com/en/pricing.

Is the AI cartoon maker free?

No. Vocla Cartoon Studio is on the Creator plan and up, from USD 13.99 a month with 120 cartoon seconds and episodes up to 60 seconds. Writing, casting and reviewing the storyboard cost nothing; credits are only charged at production. The cartoon voices are premium: you can hear every sample free at voclalabs.com/en/cartoon-voice-generator.

Can I turn a story into a cartoon?

Yes. Paste a whole story or write one line, and the studio turns it into a shooting script with scenes, dialogue and sound cues, sized to the length you choose (20 seconds to 3 minutes, depending on your plan). You read and approve the script before anything is made.

Can I make an Arabic cartoon with AI?

Yes. Characters can speak Saudi, Emirati, Kuwaiti, Egyptian, Levantine, Maghrebi, Modern Standard Arabic and more dialects, or English. The script, the voices and the burned-in captions all follow the language you choose.

How long can a cartoon episode be?

Up to 3 minutes. You can choose 20, 30, 45, 60, 90, 120, 150 or 180 seconds, depending on your plan: up to 60 s on Creator and up to 180 s on Professional, Business and Enterprise. Longer stories become a series, since the next episode keeps the same cast.

Do the characters look the same in every shot?

That is what character sheets are for. The studio draws a sheet for every character and uses it for every shot, and the next episode reuses the same sheets, so your cast stays on model across a whole series.

Do I get to approve the episode before it is made?

Yes, always. Every episode stops at three review points: you approve the script, then the cast and voices, then the talking storyboard, where you can redraw frames up to 30 times per episode for free. Nothing is charged until you start production.

Can I edit the sound after the cartoon is made?

Yes. The sound editor lets you move, level, mute and swap sounds on the four lanes (dialogue, effects, ambience, music) and remix for free. Business and Enterprise can also download WAV stems.

Which video formats can I export?

Episodes download as MP4 with captions burned in (or off, if you turn them off). Frames are 9:16, 16:9 or 1:1 and quality tiers follow your plan’s AI video settings; Creator exports at 720p without a watermark.

How are the characters voiced?

With ready-made cartoon character voices from Vocla's catalogue: heroes, villains, kids, narrators and sidekicks, in Arabic dialects and English. Each character gets one in casting, where you can audition and swap it, and every line carries its own emotion: excited, scared, whispering and more.
