Best Arabic AI Voice Cloning in 2026: A Fair Comparison of Seven Tools
The best Arabic AI voice cloning depends on your goal. Vocla, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, MiniMax, Fish Audio, Speechify and Murf compared: audio, plan, accent.
In this article
There is no single best Arabic AI voice cloning tool. ElevenLabs leads on languages and offers deep Professional clones, HeyGen pairs your clone with a talking avatar, and MiniMax and Fish Audio suit developers on a budget. If you want a clone that keeps your Saudi, Egyptian or Levantine accent from 10 seconds of speech, in an Arabic interface from $4.99, Vocla is built for that.
01What makes the best Arabic AI voice cloning tool?
Most "best voice cloning" lists are written for English speakers and mention Arabic in a line. But an Arabic clone succeeds or fails on one question: does it still sound like you? A Najdi narrator whose clone comes back as a generic MSA newsreader, or an Egyptian creator whose clone loses the Cairo rhythm, has lost what made the voice theirs.
So before comparing brand names, decide what matters to you:
- 1Audio needed: how much recording before the clone sounds like you, and how long it takes to build.
- 2Arabic and dialect: does the vendor say cloning works in Arabic, and does the clone keep the accent you recorded in?
- 3Plan and price: which plan unlocks cloning, how many voices you keep, and whether commercial use is allowed.
- 4Consent step: how the platform confirms the voice is yours, or that its owner agreed.
- 5Where you use the voice: text to speech only, or also video, dubbing or an API.
- 6Interface: can you work in Arabic, right to left?
So the real question is which site is best for your voice and project. Below we cover seven tools that are live today, say plainly where each leads, and name two that have left the market but still appear in older lists.
02Comparison table: seven AI voice cloning tools for Arabic
This table summarises each vendor's official pages as of November 1, 2026. No scores or stars: the only test of a clone that counts is your own voice.
| Tool | Audio to start | First plan with cloning | Arabic | Accent and dialect |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Vocla | 10 seconds; 30 to 60 seconds for a closer match; ready in about a minute | Starter, $4.99/month: 1 clone with commercial rights | Arabic interface; the clone reads Arabic and English scripts | You tag the dialect (MSA plus 18 dialects); the clone keeps your accent |
| ElevenLabs | Instant: 10 seconds minimum, 1 to 2 minutes recommended. Professional: 30 to 180 minutes | Instant from Starter, $6/month; Professional from Creator, $22/month | Arabic in Eleven v4, Multilingual v2 and Flash v2.5 | Docs say Instant clones may struggle with uncommon accents; Professional is the fix |
| HeyGen | Instant: 30 seconds. Professional: 20+ minutes | Free plan includes one instant clone; Professional is a $29/month add-on per voice | Its Arabic page says a clone carries your tone into Arabic narration | Says accent and dialect carry over from your recording; no Arabic dialects named |
| MiniMax Audio | 10 seconds to 5 minutes | API: $1.50 per cloned voice, charged on first use; audio plans from $5/month | Arabic among 40 languages; its Arabic page lists Saudi Arabia, Egypt, UAE, Morocco | Advises cloning and generating in the same language to avoid an accent |
| Fish Audio | 10 seconds per clip; 1 to 2 minutes improves fidelity | Free plan clones for personal use; Plus, $11/month, adds commercial use | Arabic listed for its S1 model; newer S2.1 Pro lists 83 languages without naming them | Not stated |
| Speechify API | 10 to 30 seconds | Paid API plans, from $10/month | Arabic on Simba 3.5, among 48 languages | Docs say a clone keeps the accent of its recording |
| Murf | Not stated; its form asks whether you have under or over 30 minutes | Through sales; price not listed | Arabic library voices; Arabic cloning not confirmed on the page | Says its cloning preserves the original accent |

03Vocla: a clone that keeps your Arabic dialect
In Vocla you record in the browser or upload clips of only your voice. Ten seconds of clean speech is enough to start, and 30 to 60 seconds across two or three clips gives a closer likeness. You then tag the dialect of the recording: MSA, Saudi, Emirati, Kuwaiti, Qatari, Bahraini, Omani, Yemeni, Iraqi, Egyptian, Sudanese, Jordanian, Lebanese, Syrian, Palestinian, Moroccan, Algerian, Tunisian or Libyan. You confirm the voice is yours, or name the speaker who gave you permission, and Vocla builds the voice in about a minute.
The voice is private to your workspace and never listed publicly. Use it in text to speech, projects and, on plans with API access, the API, with controls for pace, expression and stability or an instruction such as "warm and unhurried". Delete it, with its model, at any time.
- Pick it when: you want your own voice, in your own dialect, across Reels, ads and courses without new recording sessions.
- Dialect: the clone learns how you speak from your recording, so a Saudi voice stays Saudi and an Egyptian voice stays Egyptian, as long as you write the script in that dialect rather than MSA.
- Two languages: the clone reads Arabic and English scripts in your tone and accent.
- Keep in mind: there is no professional tier that trains on hours of audio, the clone reads Arabic and English rather than dozens of languages, and cloning isn't on the Free or Basic plans.
| Plan | Monthly price | Cloned voices | Commercial use |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | No cloning | No |
| Basic | $1 | No cloning | Personal projects |
| Starter | $4.99 | 1 | Yes |
| Creator | $13.99 | 2 | Yes |
| Professional | $29 | 5 | Yes |
| Business | $99 | 15 | Yes |
The Free plan is enough to audition library voices in each dialect in text to speech, and cloning and commercial rights start at Starter. The interface is Arabic and right to left by default, and prices show in SAR, AED and EGP while you are charged in USD.

ElevenLabs offers two kinds of cloning. Instant Voice Cloning starts on Starter at $6 a month (the pricing page showed a first-month discount) with a commercial licence. Its guide sets a 10-second minimum, recommends a minute or more and no more than 3, and asks you to confirm you have the right and consent to clone the voice. Professional Voice Cloning starts on Creator at $22 a month, needs 30 to 180 minutes of good audio, and usually trains in 3 to 6 hours after you verify the voice is yours. Creator and Pro include one Professional voice, Scale three and Business ten.
Arabic is supported in Eleven v4, Multilingual v2 and Flash v2.5, and the models page lists Saudi and UAE Arabic for Multilingual v2. Its guide is candid on two points that matter for Arabic speakers: Instant clones may struggle with uncommon accents, and a clone's accent can't be changed after creation, so if it's off you change the recordings.
- Pick it when: you need your voice in many languages for a global product, or you have hours of studio recordings for an audiobook and want the most faithful clone possible.
- Keep in mind: the Free plan has no cloning, the interface is in English, and it's worth testing a short script in your dialect before relying on an Instant clone.
05HeyGen, MiniMax, Fish Audio, Speechify and Murf
HeyGen is a video platform first; its strength is pairing your clone with an avatar that looks like you. Its cloning page says 30 seconds is enough for an instant clone, while a Professional clone trains on 20+ minutes and needs a paid plan plus a $29-a-month add-on per voice. The Free plan includes one instant clone, and Creator is $29 a month ($24 billed yearly). HeyGen says it verifies voice ownership before training and requires written consent for any voice that isn't yours, and its Arabic page says a clone carries your tone into Arabic narration, without naming dialects.
MiniMax Audio accepts 10 seconds to 5 minutes of source audio. On its API a cloned voice costs $1.50, charged when the voice is first used rather than when it's created, and developer audio plans start at $5 a month. Arabic is among 40 languages, and its Arabic page lists Saudi Arabia, Egypt, the UAE and Morocco, though the featured voices are tagged "Standard". Its docs advise cloning and generating in the same language to avoid an accent.
Fish Audio recommends at least 10 seconds per clip, and a minute or two for higher fidelity. The Free plan includes cloning with three public voice slots, for personal, non-commercial use; Plus at $11 a month adds commercial use and ten private voices. Arabic is listed for its S1 model, which retires on December 31, 2026; the newer model lists 83 languages without naming them.
Speechify here means the developer platform at speechify.ai, not the reading app. Its docs ask for a 10 to 30 second sample, cloning is on paid plans starting at $10 a month, and Arabic is supported on the Simba 3.5 model. For consent, the speaker reads a one-time challenge phrase that is kept as the record, and the docs note that a clone speaks other languages with the accent of its recording.
Murf offers professional cloning through its sales team: the request form asks whether you have under or over 30 minutes of recordings, and no price is listed on the page. Murf says its cloning preserves the original accent across 20+ languages, dialects and accents, and its library has Arabic voices, but the page doesn't confirm Arabic cloning specifically.
Still seeing PlayHT or Resemble AI in older lists? Meta acquired PlayAI, the company behind PlayHT, in July 2025, the service was announced to close by the end of 2025, and play.ht no longer loads. Resemble AI's voice cloning page now says it has stopped offering voice generation as a commercial product and focuses on deepfake detection.
CapCut's official pages we checked state neither a recording length nor Arabic support for cloning; we cover its Arabic voices separately:
06Which voice cloning tool fits your project?
| Your project | Usually the best fit | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Reels, ads or courses in your own Saudi, Gulf or Egyptian voice | Vocla | Dialect tagged at cloning, Arabic interface, from $4.99 |
| Your voice in Arabic and English | Vocla or ElevenLabs | Vocla reads Arabic and English; ElevenLabs covers 90+ languages |
| One voice in many languages for a global product | ElevenLabs | Widest language list |
| Audiobook from hours of studio recordings | ElevenLabs (Professional) | Trains on 30+ minutes of audio |
| A talking avatar with your face and voice | HeyGen | Clone and avatar in one place |
| An app that clones voices through an API | MiniMax, Fish Audio or Speechify | Per-voice or usage-based pricing |
| A managed brand-voice project for a large company | Murf | Professional cloning through sales |
If you don't need your own voice, a library voice or one designed from a description needs no recording at all. And for a video in another language in your own voice, dub it with your clone.
07Test your clone in 15 minutes
The only comparison that counts is the one on your own voice. Record one sample, clone it in two tools, then generate one of these scripts in each, depending on your dialect, and listen on a phone speaker:
هلا والله، معكم من جديد.
اليوم بعلّمكم كيف ترتّبون ميزانية البيت بدون ما تحسّون بضغط.
خلّكم معي للآخر، فيه نصيحة بتفرق معكم.Hello again, everyone. Today I'll show you how to organise your household budget without feeling the pressure. Stay with me to the end, there's a tip that will make a difference.
أهلًا يا جماعة، عاملين إيه؟
النهارده هقولكم على طريقة سهلة توفّروا بيها فلوس كل شهر.
خليكو معايا للآخر عشان في مفاجأة.Hi everyone, how are you doing? Today I'll tell you about an easy way to save money every month. Stay with me to the end, there's a surprise.
- 1Likeness: would a friend recognise you with eyes closed?
- 2Dialect: do والله and بعلّمكم sound like you, or like an MSA newsreader? In the Egyptian script, is the ج in جماعة pronounced the way you say it?
- 3Rhythm: do the pace, pauses and breaths sound natural?
- 4English: add one English sentence and hear whether your tone survives or the whole voice changes.
- 5Cost: what does a month of your real output cost, with commercial rights?
If the clone sounds unlike you in every tool, the recording is usually the cause: an echoing room, background music, or a reading voice that isn't your everyday one. These guides fix most of that:
Key takeaways
- There is no single best Arabic AI voice cloning site: decide on audio length, dialect, plan, consent step and where you'll use the voice first.
- ElevenLabs leads on languages and Professional clones, HeyGen on avatars, MiniMax, Fish Audio and Speechify on developer APIs, Murf on managed projects. PlayHT has closed.
- Vocla clones your voice from 10 seconds in about a minute, with your dialect tagged at cloning, from Starter at $4.99 with commercial rights.
- Record one sample, clone it in two tools and listen to a short script in your dialect before you pay.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a free Arabic AI voice cloning website?
Some free plans include a clone: HeyGen's Free plan lists one instant voice clone, and Fish Audio's Free plan allows cloning for personal, non-commercial use. ElevenLabs and Speechify keep cloning for paid plans. On Vocla you can audition library voices in each dialect on the Free plan, and cloning starts on Starter at $4.99 a month with commercial rights.
How many minutes of audio do I need to clone my voice in Arabic?
Less than most people think. Vocla, ElevenLabs Instant, MiniMax and Fish Audio start from about 10 seconds, and HeyGen asks for 30. Thirty seconds to two minutes of clean speech usually gives a closer match. Professional clones are different: ElevenLabs recommends 30 to 180 minutes and HeyGen 20+.
Will an AI voice clone keep my Saudi or Egyptian accent?
It should, if you record in that accent. Clones learn from your recording, and the ElevenLabs, MiniMax and Speechify docs all note that the sample's accent carries into the clone. In Vocla you also tag the dialect when cloning, so a Saudi voice stays Saudi and an Egyptian one stays Egyptian. Write your scripts in the same dialect, not MSA.
Can I clone my voice in Arabic and make it speak English?
Yes. In Vocla, a clone recorded in Arabic also reads English scripts in your tone and accent. ElevenLabs, HeyGen, MiniMax and Speechify also let a clone speak other languages. Expect your Arabic accent to carry over into the English, which is usually what people want.
Is PlayHT still available for voice cloning?
No. Meta acquired PlayAI, the company behind PlayHT, in July 2025, the service was announced to close by the end of 2025, and play.ht no longer loads. Current options include Vocla, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, MiniMax, Fish Audio, Speechify and Murf.
Which Vocla plan includes voice cloning?
Starter at $4.99 a month includes one cloned voice, Creator at $13.99 two, Professional at $29 five and Business at $99 fifteen, all with commercial rights. The Free and Basic plans don't include cloning.
