ElevenLabs pricing for Arabic voiceover in USD, SAR and AED as of October 2026, next to Vocla's plans, with an honest cost-per-minute calculation.
In this article
As of October 2026, ElevenLabs pricing for Arabic voiceover starts with Starter at $6 a month (about SAR 22.50) for 30,000 credits and Creator at $22 (SAR 82.50) for 121,000 credits, with first-month discounts. 01ElevenLabs pricing in USD, SAR and AED (October 2026)
ElevenLabs lists its prices in US dollars only. We converted them to Saudi riyals and UAE dirhams at the official pegs, 3.75 SAR and 3.6725 AED to the dollar, rounded to two decimals. These are the monthly-billing prices shown on its official pricing page:
| Plan | USD / month | SAR (approx.) | AED (approx.) | Monthly credits | Highlights |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 0 | 0 | 0 | 10,000 | No commercial licence |
| Starter | 6 | 22.50 | 22.04 | 30,000 | Commercial licence, Instant Voice Cloning, Dubbing Studio |
| Creator | 22 | 82.50 | 80.80 | 121,000 | Professional Voice Cloning |
| Pro | 99 | 371.25 | 363.58 | 600,000 | Higher-quality audio output via the API |
| Scale | 299 | 1,121.25 | 1,098.08 | 1,800,000 | 3 team seats |
- First-month offers: when we checked, the first month of Starter was $1 and the first month of Creator $11, after which the regular price applies.
- Annual billing: the page says annual works out to two months free, which puts Starter at $5 a month equivalent and Creator at $18.33.
- Bigger plans: Business is $990 with 6,000,000 credits and 10 seats; Enterprise is custom.

02Vocla's plans in the same currencies
Vocla shows prices in SAR, AED and EGP on its pricing page and charges in USD. Here are the same plans run through the same pegs, so both tables share one basis:
| Plan | USD / month | SAR (approx.) | AED (approx.) | Monthly credits | Highlights |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 0 | 0 | 0 | 500 | Personal use, no commercial rights |
| Starter | 4.99 | 18.71 | 18.33 | 5,000 | Commercial rights, premium voices, WAV, 1 voice clone, voice changer, 30 s of video |
| Professional | 29 | 108.75 | 106.50 | 80,000 | 5 voice clones, 3 seats, 300 s of 1080p video without watermark |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Custom | By agreement | API and 4K video |
Annual billing on Vocla is $47.88 for Starter ($3.99 a month) and $270 for Professional ($22.50 a month). If you run out mid-month, top-ups start at $10 for 20,000 credits. Full details and the approved local prices are on the pricing page:

03Why you can't compare credits one to one
30,000 credits against 5,000 looks like an easy comparison, and it's the wrong one. A credit is a completely different unit on each platform. The fair way is to convert both into audio minutes using each vendor's own figures:
- ElevenLabs: its pricing page says one character costs one credit on its highest-quality models and half a credit on Flash and Turbo models in some cases, and that a minute of audio is about 1,000 characters.
- Vocla: Vox Prime uses 1,200 credits per 1,000 characters, Vox Stream 1,000 and Vox Edge 800, and 1,000 characters is also roughly a spoken minute.
- Diacritics: tashkeel marks never count toward Vocla credits. For ElevenLabs, check its documentation for how diacritics are counted.
| Plan | Credits | Approx. minutes, top-quality model | Approx. minutes, lightest model |
|---|---|---|---|
| ElevenLabs Starter | 30,000 | 30 | up to 60 |
| ElevenLabs Creator | 121,000 | 121 | up to 242 |
| Vocla Starter | 5,000 | 4.2 | 6.25 |
| Vocla Professional | 80,000 | 66 | 100 |
These are approximations, because a minute's length depends on pace and word length, but they show the scale. On both platforms credits are shared across products, so dubbing, video and the rest draw on the same balance.
04What a minute of audio really costs
Divide each monthly price by the approximate minutes on the top-quality model and you get this:
| Plan | Approx. cost per minute | In SAR (approx.) |
|---|---|---|
| ElevenLabs Starter | $0.20 | 0.75 |
| ElevenLabs Creator | $0.18 | 0.68 |
| Vocla Starter (Vox Prime) | $1.20 | 4.49 |
| Vocla Professional (Vox Prime) | $0.44 | 1.63 |
Plainly: if all you need is a lot of raw audio minutes, ElevenLabs is clearly cheaper per minute on both vendors' published numbers. We won't pretend otherwise. What Vocla offers is different: a dialect picker, tashkeel that costs nothing, a pronunciation dictionary and video with Arabic captions, in a subscription that starts at $4.99.
Two worked examples, by character count:
- A 30-second ad: about 500 characters. Vocla Starter covers roughly eight takes on Vox Prime; ElevenLabs Starter covers about sixty. For a small business running one or two ads a month, either plan is enough.
- A weekly 10-minute YouTube video: about 40,000 characters a month. On ElevenLabs you need Creator at $22; on Vocla you need Professional at $29 (48,000 credits on Vox Prime), with credits left over for video or retakes.
Regenerations cost credits on both platforms. If you redo a line three or four times to get a name right, budget for it. On Vocla that usually drops once names are saved in the pronunciation dictionary.
05What the price table doesn't show
- Commercial rights: neither free plan includes them. Monetised channels, ads and client work need a paid plan on both.
- What comes with the plan: ElevenLabs Starter includes Instant Voice Cloning and the Dubbing Studio; Vocla Starter includes one voice clone, the voice changer and 30 seconds of video a month.
- Currency: both charge in USD; Vocla also shows the price in SAR, AED and EGP so you know the local amount before you pay.
- Time: a cheaper minute isn't a cheaper project if you spend an hour hunting for a voice in your audience's accent or fixing name pronunciation.
- Video and captions: if you make Reels or Shorts, add the cost of the video and Arabic caption tool you'd use on top of the voice.

06How to cut your Arabic voice bill on any platform
Whichever platform you choose, the biggest waste of credits rarely comes from the plan price. It comes from workflow. These simple habits make a real difference to the monthly bill:
- 1Lock the script before you generate: read it aloud and get sign-off before a single line is voiced. Every edit after generation costs fresh credits.
- 2Draft on a lighter model, finish on the best one: on Vocla, for example, preview on Vox Edge at 800 credits per 1,000 characters, then render the final on Vox Prime.
- 3Regenerate only what changed: don't re-voice a whole ad for one word. Split long scripts into segments and redo just the one that changed.
- 4Fix names once: add your brand, product and place names to the pronunciation dictionary so you stop regenerating because of a name.
- 5Go annual only when you're sure: both platforms discount annual billing, but run a full month of real work before committing to a year.
A quick example: a 20,000-character training course script. Generate it in full three times until you're happy and you've paid for three copies. Review the text first, test only the opening segment on the lighter model, then render the rest once, and you're close to paying for one.
On Vocla the exact credit quote appears before every generation, so you know what a line costs before you press the button. Use it to compare models on your own script.

Default model rates (October 2026). Video: seconds × the tier rate, 200 credits per storyboard still (about one scene every 6 s) and 120 for a music bed. The exact figure appears in the in-app quote before you generate.
- 1Hours of audio in many languages: ElevenLabs is likely better value.
- 2A few minutes a month in one country's dialect with commercial rights: Vocla Starter at $4.99 is a sensible start.
- 3Weekly dialect content with video and Arabic captions: compare Vocla Professional with the total of separate voice, video and caption tools.
- 4Not sure: start on both free plans with your real script, then decide.
