IVR prompt

In Arabic: رسالة الرد الآلي (Prompt)

Telephony and IVR

Each recorded audio clip a caller hears in a phone system: the greeting, the menu, error, hold and closing messages. They are recorded or generated as separate files and uploaded to the phone system.

Example: A bank system may need 20 separate prompts, including Sorry, we did not recognise that option, please try again.
